I understand that as a volunteer for KRUSHNA SEVA SAMITHI I am representing a non-profit organization when doing volunteer work for KRUSHNA SEVA SAMITHI. While I am carrying out volunteer work for KRUSHNA SEVA SAMITHI, I shall not engage in activities that are prohibited to a non-profit, tax exempt organization. I shall not profit from any activities as volunteer. I shall not represent KRUSHNA SEVA SAMITHI in any type of political activity such as endorsing or condemning candidates for office or political initiatives. I understand that I may be held personally liable for any direct consequences of such misrepresentations. In addition, I hereby forever release, discharge and agree to hold harmless and indemnify KRUSHNA SEVA SAMITHI, its board of directors, officers, members and agents from all claims, demands, actions, causes of action or liability of any kind whatsoever arising as a result of doing volunteer work with KRUSHNA SEVA SAMITHI.
